Italian universities today face a turning point in their history, suspended between new opportunities and the risk of losing their identity. In this phase of deep reconsideration of their mission and organization, it is essential to refocus on the relationship between professors and students — a space to enhance the intelligence, creativity, and desire of the younger generation, and the passion of teachers willing to engage in the educational adventure. Only within an authentic relationship between those who teach and those who learn can the university truly redefine its identity.
