Marra Alfredo

Alfredo Marra is a full professor of Administrative Law at the University of Milan Bicocca. At the same university, he is also co-director of the University Observatory. His scientific disciplinary field is Administrative and Public Law (GIUR-06/A) and he is affiliated with the Department of Law (SCHOOL OF LAW). His publications include several recent articles and contributions, including ‘Università telematiche, una partita aperta’ (Telematic universities, an open game) published in Il Mulino, and the article ‘La manutenzione dell’università’ (The maintenance of the university), also for Il Mulino. In 2024, he published, among others, ‘I servizi per la giustizia riparativa: una visione d’insieme’ (Services for restorative justice: an overview) in collaboration with P. Tanzarella, ‘Più rigore sulle università telematiche’ (More rigour on online universities), ‘I poteri impliciti’ (Implicit powers) and ‘Politica e amministrazione’ (Politics and administration). Marra receives students at the end of each lecture and on Wednesdays from 5 p.m. His research and publishing activities focus mainly on administrative law and the Italian university system, as evidenced by the titles of his works.
