School guidance is a key part of the educational process. It goes beyond the transmission of traditional academic content to focus on helping students develop self-awareness and understand the opportunities available in the world of work and education. It is an issue that certainly concerns schools, but it also involves families, the job market, and the broader social context in which young people shape their identities. Guidance has been identified by the Ministry as a priority within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), and in recent years schools—often in synergy with other local organizations—have launched valuable and significant initiatives. This meeting aims to share some of those experiences, offering new educational and planning perspectives.
