Zamboli Filomena

Filomena Zamboli is the Headteacher of the Liceo Statale “E. Pascal” secondary school in Pompeii, a position she has held since 18 July 2016, confirmed with successive appointments.

A resident of Pompeii, she has obtained qualifications in several teaching subjects and has years of experience as a teacher before taking on management roles, including inspection duties at the Regional Education Office. Between 2016 and 2022, she was acting headteacher at vacant schools and also carried out technical and inspection activities for the Regional Education Offices of Lazio and Campania.

At the “E. Pascal” institute, she coordinates teaching, collegial bodies, safety, budgeting and relations with local authorities. She is particularly active in training, organising courses and conferences for newly hired teachers, and cultural events (“Il Pascal incontra”).

Author and co-author of essays and monographs on assessment, school autonomy and educational leadership, she contributes to magazines such as Tuttoscuola and has published reference texts since the mid-2000s.

Since 2020, she has participated in initiatives for digital and quality schools, professional progression, PNRR and Service Learning, including through the Campania Artistic High Schools network.
