All around us, we increasingly see the struggle to live and pass on that trust in the future which defines hope.
This is dramatically evident in declining birth and marriage rates, fewer adoptions and foster placements, loneliness and domestic violence, the challenges of integrating those who have fled their homelands, and the growing withdrawal from communal spaces. Yet there are still those who look to the future and take the risk of working toward a more human world. Can families rekindle hope and build communities with new bricks?
