Bordignon Adriano

Adriano Bordignon (1976), married and father of three children, has been National President of the Forum Nazionale delle Associazioni Familiari since 18 March 2023, succeeding Gianluigi De Palo. The Forum represents over 590 associations and around 5 million families in Italy, promoting structural family policies and measures to support birth rates.
In his role, he has placed the strengthening of family policies at the center of the association’s action, addressing issues such as the reform of the ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator), the protection of early childhood services, financial support for birth rates, and the promotion of an educational alliance between schools and families. He has participated in institutional working groups and discussions with the Government and Parliament on legislative proposals concerning social and family matters.
In 2025, he promoted public interventions on the Italian and European demographic crisis, citing ISTAT data on birth rates and generational imbalances and calling for targeted measures to support families. He took part as a speaker at the International Summit on Children’s Rights held in the Sala Clementina at the Vatican, organized by the Pontificio Comitato per la Giornata mondiale dei bambini, reaffirming the central role of protecting minors within the family and social context.
On the occasion of the Jubilee of Families 2025, he emphasized the importance of a social and cultural alliance in support of the family as the fundamental nucleus of society.
He graduated in Legal Sciences from the University of Ferrara and completed a three-year Master’s degree in Couple and Family Sciences at the Pontificio Istituto Giovanni Paolo II of the Pontificia Università Lateranense. He has gained extensive experience in volunteer work and family pastoral care. He served as President of the Forum of Family Associations of Veneto (2021–2023), contributing to the approval of the first regional law on family and birth rates and to the pilot implementation of the Family Factor and Family Impact Assessment. He is currently Director of the Counseling Center of the Centro della Famiglia in Treviso and President of Ebicom, the bilateral body for commerce, services, and tourism of the Province of Treviso.
