García Moreno Fernando Milanés

He was born in Mexico City in March 1970 and is the third of six siblings. He is married to María Gabriela Mingramm, with whom he has four children: Natalia, Valeria, Fernando, and Mateo. He studied Industrial Electrical Mechanical Engineering at Anáhuac University (CDMX Campus, Jan 88-92) and obtained a Master’s degree in Business Leadership from Duxx (Monterrey, Jan 96), graduating with honours in both cases. As an entrepreneur, he has devoted much of his professional life to the study, design, integration of technologies, development and manufacture of products related to water and electricity measurement, as well as the creation of strategic alliances and partnerships with related multinational companies in these sectors. Author of several essays and speaker at national and international forums, he has obtained six patents: four in Mexico and two in the United States. He currently heads Electrometer de las Américas and Hydroméryka and is a founding partner of Kuomo Modular, a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of modular living spaces. He has chaired the Social Union of Entrepreneurs of Mexico (USEM) in Mexico City and, at the national level, the USEM Confederation (UNIAPAC Mexico), a community of entrepreneurs whose mission is to build a more just and humane society through the world of work. In the academic field, he is a member of the Development Council of the Faculty of Engineering at Anáhuac University and the Liaison Council of the Popular Autonomous University of the State of Puebla (UPAEP). In the social sector, he has been president of the Family Network Council, as well as of the organising committees of the III and XIV World Congress of Families and the International Congresses of Families in Guadalajara in 2024 and Mérida in 2025.
