Second appointment in a series of meetings on the theme of urban redevelopment, living, and good governance of cities in collaboration with Association of Works. Housing has once again become one of the major social issues of our time. Costs are rising, supply is insufficient, and the problem no longer concerns only the most vulnerable people, but also young people, families, and workers, in large cities as well as in smaller towns. The new Housing Plan represents an attempt to provide an institutional response to this emergency. What the Government and the Regions have done so far, what is still missing, what the limits of the market are, and how the housing issue affects social cohesion: these are the main topics of a discussion that today concerns millions of people.
