The student at the center, a school that fosters talents, and the reforms shaping the future of education in Italy. The recent “4+2” reform of the technological and vocational education pathway, the new National Guidelines for pre-primary, primary, and lower secondary school, the focus on guidance and personalized learning, the new guidelines on civic education, and the relaunch of the ITS Academies are just some of the significant developments that have impacted the education system in the past year. All these initiatives aim to support the development of each student’s unique talents and to help every young person find their path. This includes a renewed school-to-work alliance to combat early school leaving, enhance potential, and improve the employability of the new generations. This session will feature a conversation between the Minister of Education and Merit, Giuseppe Valditara, and key voices from the education and professional world: a teacher, a school principal, an ITS Academy representative, and an entrepreneur.
