Bergantini Luca

Luca Bergantini is Business Unit Manager for Machining Centres and Drilling Solutions in the Wood Division of SCM Group, a world leader in technologies for processing a wide range of materials – wood, composites, plastic, glass, stone, metal and aluminium – and industrial components.
Bergantini has been with SCM for 25 years, starting his career in marketing before taking on commercial roles in Italy and the Balkans. During his career with the Rimini-based group, he has been involved in the reorganisation of the Italian market as well as other foreign markets.
In Italy and beyond, he has carried out projects and collaborations with institutes, schools and professional centres, confirming the company’s focus – and his personal commitment – on training.
Since October 2024, he has been at the helm of a strategic business unit focused on market trends, with the aim of strengthening process integration and improving organisational efficiency in increasingly complex contexts.
Bergantini is dedicated to promoting a dynamic, sustainable and inclusive corporate culture by actively participating in initiatives aimed at the continuous improvement of all departments.
