Forlani Emmanuele

Emanuele Forlani is Vice President of the Foundation Meeting for Friendship Among Peoples. Born in Rimini, he obtained his classical high school diploma in 1993 from the “Dante Alighieri” Classical High School in the city. In 1999 he graduated in Economics from the University of Bologna, where throughout his years of study he served as President of the Student Council and as a member of the University’s Board of Administration.

After an experience in administrative coordination at CRISP, a university research center, in 2002 he was appointed Secretary General of the Foundation for Subsidiarity, a role he held until 2008. During the same period and until 2013 he served as Coordinator of the Secretariat of the Parliamentary Intergroup for Subsidiarity. He subsequently held institutional positions at the Presidency of the Italian Chamber of Deputies and at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.

From 2014 to 2018 he worked professionally in the field of institutional relations and public affairs consulting, with particular reference to the transport and infrastructure sectors, collaborating, among others, with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Fiera Milano Congressi and Italotreno.

He served as President of the Portofranco Milano Onlus Association from 2015 to 2018 and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Rimini Meeting Foundation from 2017 to 2018. He is a founding member of the Enzo Piccinini Foundation. Since 2023 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Rimini Strategic Plan Foundation and, since April 2024, a member of the Board of Directors of Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A.

He served as Director of the Foundation Meeting for Friendship Among Peoples from January 2019 to March 2026.
