Research Fellow at the Graduate School Business and Society (Alta Scuola Impresa e Società, ALTIS) where he conduct research on the management and growth strategies of social enterprises and hybrid organizations, particularly in the African continent.
For five years he has been collaborating with E4Impact Foundation where he is currently Finance Stream Leader: he teaches Financial Planning and Entrepreneurial Finance in the MBA Masters in Impact Entrepreneurship in Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia.
For the E4Impact foundation he is also in charge of various consultancy projects in Italy and Africa to support the growth and internationalization of businesses.
