In 1883 Leon Harmel imagined that workers could be co-responsible for their own company. It was not utopia. It was an insight that history later confirmed. With the Italian law of 2025, that principle becomes a norm. But the norm alone is not enough. True participation is born when a company believes that each person contributes something that cannot be bought or replaced.
