In a world increasingly marked by conflict and polarization, fake news and deceitful oversimplifications, hate speech and resentful silence, communication risks being reduced to polemic, propaganda, and falsification. There is an urgent need for a kind of communication that fosters dialogue and encounters grounded in reality—one that creates relationships, sharing, and communion among people and nations, that rejects conformity and finds enrichment in diversity. Only communication dedicated to truth and goodness can create a network of real relationships, authentic and lasting bonds, a network of truth and freedom.
