Stefano Pezzini

A farmer from Cavriana (MN). Together with his brother Alessandro, he is the owner of La Nuova Colombara, a company that rears a total of 500 dairy cows and produces milk for Grana Padano, as well as generating electricity (via solar panels and biogas).
Since 2006, he has been the Chairman of Latteria San Pietro, a cooperative in Goito (MN), which produces over 70,000 wheels of Grana Padano per year and rears 9,000 pigs annually.

Today, his efforts are focused on his farm and the cooperative; innovation is the driving force behind his business.
