Naldini Marcello

Marcello Naldini has worked for 20 years at Il Faro Società Cooperativa Sociale, serving as Head of the Development Area (institutional relations, public tenders and contracts, project design and management, communication) in the field of social assistance, health, and educational services.

Since 2022, he has been President and Legal Representative of the organization.

Regarding project design and management, he proposes the development of new social services with a focus on “community welfare,” innovation, and social communication, benefiting the territories where these initiatives are implemented.

In the area of social assistance, health, and educational services, he works in close synergy with local institutions, also through public tenders, agreements, concessions, and contracts.

His main areas of interest include services for children and adolescents, women victims of violence and their children, people with disabilities, the elderly, families in need, and, more generally, individuals in situations of social vulnerability.
