Menegatti Alessandro

Since 1996, he has worked as an educator and teacher in social reintegration projects for minors and adults in vulnerable situations. Since 2003, he has been the president of the social cooperative Work and Belong (formerly Work and Services), active in the employment integration of disadvantaged people and in the management of cultural and tourist services, including the Ecomuseum and the Manifattura dei Marinati in Comacchio. He coordinates the Sagra dell’Anguilla and the Emergenza Freddo project for the Municipality of Comacchio.

Since 2005, he has been part of the Consorzio Impronte Sociali; from 2019 to 2022, he served as president of Federcultura Confcooperative Ferrara, of which he has been a provincial councilor since 2007. He has managed international projects such as “Specialitaly” and urban regeneration initiatives like “Custodi della Bellezza.” He has collaborated with Fondazione Cattolica Assicurazioni in organizing events and with the Municipality of Comacchio in co-designing initiatives to enhance the Museo della Manifattura.

He has received recognitions including the Premio Imprenditori per il Bene Comune (2017), Innovatori Responsabili (2017), and two Marco Biagi Awards (2012, 2014). He holds a degree in Philosophy with honors and has completed managerial training for the non-profit sector, along with specialized courses on disability and work inclusion.
