Roberto Mastri

Managing Director of Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions since September 2024, where he is responsible for defining and implementing the business strategy of the Modena Development Centre. Prior to this new appointment, he held the role of Vice President of Customer Issue Resolution.

Having been with Tetra Pak for over 20 years, he has gained in-depth knowledge of the packaging industry, overseeing projects focused on new product development and improving packaging quality. Thanks to many years’ experience in the B2B sector of the Food & Beverage industry and a specialisation in R&D, sales and after-sales support, he has successfully led the company’s launch of new products and technologies onto the market, holding various leadership positions at a number of international locations. In these roles, including in the United States and Brazil, he achieved significant results, delivering substantial sales growth and improved performance.

Following a career in engineering, he obtained an MBA from the University of Tor Vergata in Rome and undertook advanced management training at the IMD Business School
