Marz Sigrid

Sigrid Marz is President of UNIAPAC (International Christian Union of Business Executives), the global federation of Christian business leaders, present in over 38 countries and representing more than 45,000 executives, with its headquarters in Paris. Her leadership positions UNIAPAC as an international network dedicated to promoting an economy at the service of the human person and the common good, inspired by the Social Doctrine of the Church.
Before becoming President of UNIAPAC, Marz held senior leadership roles within UNIAPAC Europe and served on several boards involved in the organization’s European governance.
Her professional career includes experience in strategic consulting, executive search, and ontological coaching. After a period of academic training in philosophy and theology, she obtained certification in professional coaching, integrating managerial and humanistic skills to support individuals and organizations in their integral development.
Convinced that business can be a noble vocation and a form of service, she promotes ethical and solidarity-based leadership capable of generating sustainable value. She is fluent in English, French, and German, reflecting UNIAPAC’s international character. She regularly speaks at conferences and forums on the role of the Christian entrepreneur and on business ethics.
