Carlo Linetti

Vice-President of COBO, a leading Italian industrial group specialising in the development and manufacture of electronic and non-electronic components for the motor vehicle market. He is also Chairman of the American subsidiary and a member of the Board.

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Università di Brescia (formerly the Politecnico di Milano) and completed a postgraduate course in Marketing. For many years, he has been involved in the development of foreign markets, having had direct contacts with countries such as China and India since the 1990s.
In recent years, he has focused in particular on the motorcycle market, as the company was the first to systematically use a new technology (TFT screens) for the production of instrument panels, which has revolutionised the sector and secured significant market share among premium-class motorcycles.
An expert and passionate motorcyclist, and a member of various associations, he has also contributed to specialist magazines and is directly involved in relations with several prestigious MotoGP teams of which the company is a Technical Partner and Sponsor.

Born in 1959 in Brescia, he has three children aged 26, 24 and 10; he lives between Brescia and Pavia.
