Gualzetti Luciano

He has been the Director of Caritas Ambrosiana since 2016. Since 2004, he has chaired the San Bernardino Anti-Usury Foundation, established by the Lombardy Dioceses; since 2020, he has been President of the Giovanni Paolo II National Anti-Usury Council; since 1998, he has chaired Cooperativa Oltre, which publishes the street newspaper Scarp de Tenis; since 2024, he is President of the Opera Cardinal Ferrari; and since 2018, he has been a member of the Council for Autonomies of the Lombardy Region. He teaches at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, leading a laboratory on household indebtedness in the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences.

He has held several other positions, including Regional Delegate of the Caritas of Lombardy and member of the Presidency of Caritas Italiana; President of the San Carlo Foundation; Secretary General of the Family-Work Fund of the Diocese of Milan; and Vice-Commissioner of the Holy See at the Expo 2015 Universal Exposition in Milan
