Aldo Fumagalli

Aldo Fumagalli (Monza, 1959) has been President of Beldofin S.r.l. and Chief Executive Officer of Albe Finanziaria S.r.l. since 2018, companies that manage part of the assets of Aldo and Beppe Fumagalli.
He began his career at the Candy S.p.A. Group in 1985, where he held positions of increasing responsibility, becoming CEO from 2003 to 2014 and subsequently President until January 2019, at the time of the Group’s acquisition by Haier. Following the transaction, he joined the Board of Directors of Haier Group’s European Headquarters and continued to oversee the family’s financial activities through Beldofin.
Since November 2011, he has served as President of UCID – Unione Cristiana Imprenditori e Dirigenti – Monza-Brianza section, promoting an ethical and socially responsible approach to business. He was Vice President of the Mechatronics Group of Assolombarda (2016–2018) and, since July 2017, a member of the Advisory Board – Territorial Steering Committee of Monza and Brianza. From 2015 to January 2019, he was a member of the UPA Executive Board.
He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano (1984) and an MBA from SDA Bocconi (1989). Fumagalli, son of Peppino, combines industrial leadership, family finance, and institutional engagement, with a vision grounded in innovation, competitiveness, and social responsibility.
