Frugiuele Francesco

One of Italy’s leading experts on organisational innovation, he works on transforming organisations beyond bureaucracy and rigid hierarchies, to move beyond the paradigms of the industrial era.

He founded Kopernicana, Europe’s leading consultancy firm specialising in these areas, and Decentral, the consortium that applies the same approach to collaboration between companies to move beyond holding companies and conglomerates. He has written OKR Performance (Ayros, 2022) and Riscrivere il potere forthcoming (Egea, 2026), and has edited the Italian editions of numerous books on the evolution of organisations and work. He is the coordinator of the Italian Corporate Rebels Cell.

He has been a visiting lecturer at the Politecnico di Milano, the Talent Garden Innovation School and the Sole 24Ore Business School. Every week he publishes an article on frugiu.substack.com, always on the same theme: how power is distributed within an organisation, and what changes when this is actually done.
