Frausin Alberto

Alberto Frausin currently holds the position of Managing Director S.p.a. at Carlsberg Italy S.p.a, after having strengthened his professional experience in the commodity goods sector, both domestically and internationally.
In particular, the professional experiences spent abroad for Ferrero Group in Luxembourg, SC Johnson in Hungary, in the United States (Wisconsin) and later in Italy have contributed to a formation mainly in territory work and in all sectors of business, from global marketing to general management, thus characterizing personal imprinting and the global depth in terms of management.
Before holding the position of Chief Executive Officer in Carlsberg Italia Spa, accepting the challenge of reconsidering the Italian headquarters on which was weighing a necessary reorganization for a new “startup”, he worked as CEO of Galbani, of the Lactalis Group, CEO of Zambon (Pharmaceutical Industry) and General Manager at Manetti & Roberts, Bolton Group for a 4-year period.
The constant and strong spirit of Innovation that has always characterized the choices undertaken were further realized in 2014 when he took on the position of CEO of the Center of Excellence (CoE) of the entire Carlsberg Group, the international research and development team, designed to extend the DraughtMaster project internationally. A project of great innovation with a strong impact on product quality as well as on environmental sustainability.
His presence as a speaker in the major national and international meetings in order to illustrate and witness to the importance of innovation in today’s businesses, coupled with personal curiosity and the desire for constant research, have recently led him to take the position of President of Assobirra (National Association of All Major Beer and Maltese Industries in Italy) since 2011 the position of President of GS1 Italy, an association that offers solutions and services to improve product visibility, sharing business information, business processes, the chain of commodity goods sector, consumer relationships through the most-known solution, the barcode (EAN code), used today in more than 150 countries around the world.
His path has always been characterized by important human and professional values such as Value Management, environmental sustainability, respect for the territory, attention to the integration of new technologies and constant human confrontation to ensure healthy business ready for growth to always accept the new challenges offered by the market.
