Flocco Esther

Esther Flocco, national president of the Italian Association of Catholic Teachers (AIMC) since 2023, is an elementary school teacher, an English language specialist, and certified to teach law and economics at the high school level. She is an expert in complex organizations and learning organizations, as well as the author of numerous articles and books on pedagogy and management.

She holds a degree in Administrative Sciences with an international focus and a degree in Psychological Sciences with a specialization in Occupational and Organizational Psychology.

As Vice Rector of the Maria Badaloni Free People’s University, she is an Associate Professor at UniCampus HETG in Geneva.

She is a member of the UNESU Council for Education, Schools, and Universities of the CEI and of the National Zerosei Commission, as established by Ministerial Decree No. 125 of July 1, 2025.

She represents the AIMC on the National Council of Lay Associations, the Forum of Family Associations, Copercom, the Inter-Association Roundtable on Education, Retinopera as a member of its Executive Committee, and within Umec-WUCT.
