Elena Fazi

Elena Fazi, who is married with two children, lives in Rome.
She holds a degree in Philosophy from La Sapienza University of Rome and worked at universities and the CNR for several years. She was a fellow at the L. Sturzo Foundation for Social Studies; a psychologist on the medical-psycho-pedagogical team of the City of Rome; and a teaching assistant in the Department of Educational Psychology at the Faculty of Education of the University of Urbino, where she earned her qualification as a full-time assistant professor. She collaborated for many years with Professor Mario Comoglio at the UPS. She has taught at both middle and high school levels.

She is currently the National President of UCIIM, a professional association of teachers, administrators, trainers, and educators. She is a speaker at numerous conferences, seminars, and courses organized by public and private institutions on educational and cultural topics. She is a member of the committee at the School of Advanced Studies (SAFI) in the professional and training area of Organizational and Instructional Innovation, Internationalization, and Educational Leadership, a group coordinated by Prof. Bertagna; she is the coordinator in charge of the UCIIM journal *La Scuola e l’Uomo* and co-editor of the journal *La Scuola e l’Uomo—Ricerca*, which is classified as Category A by ANVUR. She is the author of numerous textbooks and school workbooks, as well as two anthologies for middle school.
