Di Stefano Riccardo

Riccardo Di Stefano is Vice-President for Education and Open Innovation at Confindustria. Born in Palermo in 1986, Riccardo Di Stefano began his involvement with the association through the Young Entrepreneurs’ group. At national level, he became Vice-President for the 2017–2020 term, where he was responsible for projects relating to Education, Human Capital and Internal Training, and subsequently held the position of National President from 2020 to 2024. Since 2020, he has been a member of the General Council of Confindustria and, since 2023, of the General Council of Sicindustria. He holds a degree in Law from LUMSA University in Palermo and completed his education with a PhD in Civil Economics.

In 2012, he began working in the family business, becoming a member of the Board of Directors of Officina Lodato S.r.l., a company founded in 1957 with offices in Palermo and Rome and operating throughout Italy in the civil and industrial plant engineering sector. In 2014, she founded Meditermica srl, a company active in the wholesale supply of heating and plumbing equipment, and in 2024 she acquired Endevion srl, a company specialising in the manufacture of evaporative cooling towers and industrial water treatment systems.
