Coccia Cecilia

Cecilia Coccia is Grants Manager at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD). As part of the Migration Partnership Facility, a programme funded by the European Union, she contributes to the design and implementation of projects and initiatives in the field of labour mobility, in support of the European Talent Partnerships agenda.

Trained as an economist, she has gained solid experience in the field of migration, having worked throughout her career on migration and development, border management and capacity-building for practitioners and professionals active in the field of migration policy.

She subsequently specialised in the areas of regular migration and labour mobility. Her work focuses on promoting international cooperation and developing effective and sustainable labour migration pathways between partner countries and the European Union.
