He is currently the Coordinator of the Technical Mission Structure for the strategic direction, the development of infrastructures of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility. Full Professor of Economic-Management Engineering (scientific disciplinary sector ING-IND/35), since 2012, he has taught “Economics and Management of Public Administrations” and “Economics and Business Organization” at Sapienza University of Rome, Faculty of Information Engineering, Computer Science and Statistics. He has focused his research activities on the issues of the economics of education, the spending review of public activities and projects and public intervention in the infrastructure and transport sector.
