Barberis Bartolomeo
Bartolomeo Barberis is the head of Casa CEC in Forlì, an educational and welcoming community that is part of the Comunità Papa Giovanni XXIII (APG23), dedicated to supporting people in difficulty, including those undergoing social reintegration, struggling with addictions, or facing personal vulnerabilities.
As the head of Casa CEC in Forlì, he has participated as a speaker in several public events on topics related to welfare, addictions, and social cohesion. Among these, he took part in the meeting “The Paradox of Addiction” at the Rimini Meeting 2025, where he engaged with institutional representatives, social workers, and Third Sector figures.
Casa CEC (Educating Community with Prisoners) in Forlì operates programs that provide accompaniment and support to individuals involved in the penal system or in vulnerable situations, promoting APG23’s educational and welcoming mission through reintegration, employment, and social inclusion projects within the Forlì area.
