Don Carmine Arice, already National President of the Italian Pastoral Care Association (AIPaS), since 2012 is Director of the National Office for the Pastoral Care of CEI and since January 30, 2016 is a member of the “Pontifical Commission for the Activities of Public Juridical Persons of the Church in the Healthcare Sector”.
After completing theological studies at the Intercongregational Teaching Student in Turin, he specialized in Pastoral Health Theology at the Camillian Center for Health Pastoral Care.
Among his assignments he served as Professor at the Biennial of Specialization in Pastoral Health – Piedmontese Pastoral Region. At Cottolengo he was Director of the Office for Pastoral Care and Communications and the Office for Pastoral of Healthcare Professionals and Director of Primary and Secondary School.
His last book is titled Your arm lifts me up. The sacrament of the Extreme Unction explained to kids (River of Living Water), Editrice AVE, Rome, 2016.
