Denis Amadori

Denis Amadori was born in 1971 and is the youngest of Francesco Amadori’s four children; Francesco, together with his brother Arnaldo, founded the company of the same name in Cesena.

After graduating in Economics from the University of Bologna and gaining work experience in the United Kingdom, he joined the family business in 2000, accumulating more than 20 years’ experience across all the Group’s supply chain processes: Operations, Marketing and Corporate.

At the end of 2022, he took on the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Group, whilst his elder brother, Flavio Amadori, became Chairman.

With this new governance structure, the Group has embarked on a significant evolution from a leader in the Italian poultry sector to an agri-food group, as reflected in the corporate brand “Amadori – The Italian Protein Company”.

In 2025, the Amadori Group recorded consolidated turnover of 1,829 million euros and an EBITDA margin of over 10 per cent.
