The images from the James Webb telescope have given humanity something unexpected back to humanity: wonder at the universe. Starting from the images that have struck them most or that are at the center of their research, scientists and humanists ask themselves how the beauty of the cosmos continues to surprise them, in their studies and in daily life, and how this enchantment, rather than fading with knowledge, deepens until it touches the most radical questions of existence.
