THINGS THAT HAVE TO HAPPEN. The Apocalypse of St. John

We generally think of the apocalypse in catastrophic terms. The immediate obscurity of its images discourages most of the readers. Apocalypse means Revelation instead. God has allowed St. John to throw a look in the fullness of His glory, to build His Church, to sustain it in the tests, to infuse the certainty that every promise ends.
