Moments of dignity. Photography exhibition by Joseph Weiler
Curated by Joseph Weiler
Professor Joseph Weiler’s photographs express the complex and deep human condition. In his photographs, he tries to capture through his lens that moment of dignity which penetrates and suggests the heart of the human condition, which is made in God’s image and likeness. A condition which is beyond the word, the smile, the message, and the gaze of the mind. On the one hand, we are all equal in dignity, both the king and his servant, but at the same time we are all unique. We all have our uniqueness, which gives each person his or her specific identity. In this exhibition you will see an attempt to capture this essential part of the human condition, its equality and its uniqueness.
