Amid the rubble of a recent war and an agreement still fragile, Lebanon is seeking the path to rebuild itself: in homes, in institutions, in the confidence of a people, that of the land of the cedars, who have never stopped hoping. In this transition the local Church remains present alongside the people, in welcome, care, and daily witness. The meeting brings into dialogue those who today lead the Lebanese government, those who for Italy have chosen to accompany this transition, and those who live Christian hope on the ground, to ask what it truly means to rebuild a country without betraying its soul.
