Stefano Zoia is CEO of Tinext Experience and Managing Director of Tinext Italia, which he co-founded.

His career has developed in the digital sector, with solid experience in consulting and delivering digital transformation projects for leading companies in the Finance, Insurance, Media, and Consumer Goods industries. He has worked across several markets, particularly Switzerland, Italy, and the Gulf region, building expertise that combines strategic vision, entrepreneurial leadership, and strong execution capabilities.

With a strong focus on innovation and the impact of technology on business models, he has supported numerous organizations in rethinking customer experience and adopting digital platforms to drive growth and competitiveness.

Passionate about the Middle East, since 2022 he has been a member of the WIP Advisory Board, where he directly follows several projects as a business mentor, contributing to the development of initiatives with entrepreneurial and social value.
