Anna Zattoni

She has twenty years’ experience in strategic consultancy, human resources and organisational management at multinational companies such as the Boston Consulting Group, Pfizer and Vodafone. She also has a passion for issues relating to women’s employment and professional development. She helped found Valore D and served as its first Chief Executive for five years.

In 2014, she co-founded Jointly, an innovative start-up in the field of corporate welfare, serving as its Chair. Following the company’s integration into the Marsh Group and the launch of Marsh Jointly in November 2025, she now serves as Co-CEO.
