Ruggiero Fabrizio

Fabrizio Ruggiero is the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Edenred Italy, a leading company in the employee benefits sector.

He graduated in Business Administration from Sapienza University of Rome and earned a Master’s in Business Administration from MIP – Politecnico di Milano. He gained professional experience in the “Leisure, Travel & Transportation” and “Business & Financial Services” sectors. He began his career as a consultant at Accenture and then at Bain & Company. In 2004, he joined Leasys, where he became General Manager after previously holding leadership roles in Operations, Procurement, and Commercial. In 2011, he joined Europcar Mobility Group as CEO and General Manager of Italy. In 2016, he was appointed Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer, also taking responsibility for commercial activities across the entire Group.

From 2014 to 2016, he served as President of ANIASA, the Confindustria association representing companies involved in vehicle rental, car sharing, and mobility-related services.

In 2021, he joined Edenred Italy.
