Fabio Rosini

Fabio Rosini

Fabio Rosini was born in October 1961, who was ordained in 1991. He obtained a Licentiate in Sacred Scripture from the Pontifical Biblical Institute.

In 1993, as a young priest, he wondered how he could help young people encounter Christ in their daily lives. That search gave rise first to the programmes on the ‘Ten Words’, and then to those on the ‘Seven Signs’ – journeys of Christian initiation through which he has guided many young people and adults to baptism and has re-evangelised many Christians whose baptism had been neglected.

These programmes are now shared throughout Italy and abroad.

Following these experiences, Father Fabio launched further pastoral initiatives and programmes for theological and spiritual deepening on various themes, including emotional life, vocational discernment and the inner struggle. For more than 10 years, he has been commenting on the Sunday Gospel every week for Vatican Radio, where he also presents various series of catechesis.

After serving as chaplain to RAI between 1999 and 2004, he went on to become parish priest and then director of the vocations service for the Diocese of Rome from 2011 to 2024.

He was also director of the Office for University Pastoral Care in the Diocese of Rome,, whilst continuing his work with young people and couples. He teaches courses on the transmission of the faith and preaching at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross.
