Life, health, but also corporate finance, risk management, organization, technology, and innovation are the areas Francesca Rizzi focuses on as EMEA Leader of McKinsey’s Insurance Practice. In 2014, she decided to leave the American firm to co-found Jointly – Il welfare condiviso together with Anna Zattoni and Fabio Galluccio. Francesca’s choice was driven by the desire to contribute to social progress through the power of connections created among people who bring their skills, qualities, and commitment to serve the common good.
