Righi Maria Francesca

Mother Maria Francesca was born in Milan in 1951. She entered the Cistercian Community of Valserena in 1977 and took her solemn vows in 1984. Prior to her appointment, she was responsible for the formation of the Community and was the teacher of the young professed sisters. On 17 August 2019, the Community of Valserena elected her Abbess for a six-year term.
