Quaglia Maila

Maila Quaglia serves as Director of Casa Maria Domenica Mantovani, a psychiatric residential facility accredited by the Emilia-Romagna Region and based in Bologna. The facility is part of the network operated by Nazareno Social Cooperative, and it offers residential care, day programs, and educational and employment pathways for individuals with psychiatric disabilities.
Quaglia is also a member of the Board of Directors of Nazareno Società Cooperativa Sociale. She has extensive experience in the social and healthcare sector and has actively participated in regional commissions in Emilia-Romagna, with a focus on mental health and social inclusion.
Her work is part of the broader mission of Nazareno Social Cooperative, founded in the 1990s in Carpi, which now operates in various locations across Emilia-Romagna, including Modena, Maranello, and Bologna. The cooperative is engaged in a range of initiatives, from care and rehabilitation to training and job placement for people with disabilities.
