Paola Pozzo

Paola Pozzo worked for many years as an architect and designer before turning her attention to fundraising and communications in the nonprofit sector. Drawing on this experience, she and Marco Notari came up with the idea of creating an organization entirely dedicated to the employment inclusion of people with disabilities. She is a co-founder of L’Officina Cooperativa Sociale, where she serves as president, and is responsible for fundraising, planning, and co-design initiatives with local public and private entities. She also oversees projects aimed at integrating people with disabilities into the cooperative.
