Piraccini Bruno

Bruno Piraccini, President of Orogel, was among the founders in 1967 of the first cooperatives that later led to the creation of the Consorzio Fruttadoro of Romagna in 1969. After strongly promoting the consolidation and development of the Fruttadoro Group cooperatives, from 1972 to 1974 he focused on expanding activities by exploring new agri-food sectors, such as frozen foods. After laying the first stone in 1975, the new freezing plant began operations the following year. The gradual but continuous growth of the Consorzio Fruttadoro made it appropriate to establish Orogel in 1978 as a company for the production, sale, and distribution of frozen products from the Cesena plant. He was appointed CEO of this company and today serves as its President.
