Picchi Federica

In 2000, Federica Picchi graduated with first-class honours from Bocconi University in Milan, having been awarded a scholarship to study at Georgetown University in Washington D.C., USA.

After three years working as a strategic consultant specialising in business plan analysis and corporate restructuring for companies in crisis, she moved to London, where she worked for two leading American investment banks, eventually rising to the position of Vice-President in charge of Debt Structures and Derivatives for Emerging Markets, focusing on the financing of major infrastructure projects in sub-Saharan African countries.

In 2010, she returned to Milan and founded Dominus Production, a publishing house and film production and distribution company dedicated to sharing meaningful true stories that touch the hearts of young people. Through this venture, Federica Picchi addresses issues relating to the margins of society, disability and youth hardship. She previously served as a Councillor for the Communication and Publishing Group at Assolombarda and as a member of the 3REG Interregional Committee of Young Entrepreneurs.

In 2024, she was appointed Under-Secretary for Youth and Sport in the Lombardy Region, a role she continues to hold today.

Nel 2000 Federica Picchi si laurea a pieni voti all’Università Bocconi di Milano, con borsa di studio alla Georgetown University di Washington D.c. U.S.A. Dopo tre anni di Consulenza Strategica per analisi business plan e ristrutturazioni aziendali in crisi si trasferisce a Londra dove lavora per due primarie banche d’affari americane fino a divenire Vice-president responsabile dell’area Strutture Debito e Derivati per gli Emerging Market per il finanziamento di grandi opere infrastrutturali nei Paesi del Sub-Sahara Africa.

Nel 2010 torna a Milano e fonda Dominus Production, casa editrice e società di produzione e distribuzione filmica per la diffusione di storie vere di valore che tocchino il cuore dei più giovani. Con quest’attività Federica Picchi affronta i temi delle periferie esistenziali, delle disabilità e del disagio giovanile. Già Consigliere del Gruppo Comunicazione ed Editoria di Assolombarda e membro del Comitato 3REG Comitato Interregionale dei Giovani Imprenditori.

Nel 2024 viene nominata Sottosegretario ai Giovani ed allo Sport in Regione Lombardia, incarico che continua a svolgere attualmente.
