Perrone Roberto

Roberto Perrone, journalist and writer, lives between Recco and Milan. After 9 years at the Giornale, for 26 years he has worked at the Corriere della Sera, covering all major sporting events, including 9 Olympics and 7 World Cups. In addition, he wrote the critiques for food and wine for the column “Scorribande”.
Now he writes about food&wine, travel, and sports for newspapers and magazines. He has published six novels, four books for children, four volumes of recipes and “Numero 1,” an auto-biography which we wrote with the great goalkeeper, his friend Gigi Buffon. His latest book is “Manuale del viaggiatore goloso” (Mondadori), a collection of his kitchen articles and his advice told through short, anecdotal stories of fashion and the relationship between Italians and food.
