Raffaela Paggi, born in Milan in 1966, graduated in Modern Letters with a thesis in General Linguistics, since 1992 she is Reader of Classics, she is currently Headmaster of the Secondary School of the 1st degree of the Sacred Heart Foundation in Milan. Author of books of school texts, including the grammar book In the sound the sense, she directs the series The Cittern for the pubhing company Itaca (www.lacetra.it). She has collaborated with Invalsi as part of the National Evaluation Service and with MIUR for the drafting of the National Indicators for the Curriculum of the Children’s School and the first Instruction Cycle. She is a member of the Cultural Education Council’s Educational Risk and is responsible for the training of readers of classics.
