Vitaliy Novikov, Ukrainian, became Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola HBC Italy at the beginning of 2014,
After having fulfilled the same role in the Baltic countries and Poland, where he achieved significant results,
proving to be an effective leader. Before joining Coca-Cola HBC, Vitaliy worked at Johnson & Johnson, where he has served as Managing Director of Ukraine since 2007. He has a Master in Economics and Business Administration at the National University of Kiev and a Ph.D. in Economics at St. Gallen University in Switzerland.
