Beppe Musicco

Beppe Musicco (Milan, 1958) has been a journalist since 1997 and has been writing about cinema for even longer. He has written for leading industry magazines, covering the film business (Box Office, il Giornale dello Spettacolo), film criticism (One, Best Movie) and lifestyle (Class, Vogue Italia). He has contributed to the compilation of school textbooks on cinema; he is co-author of the books “Cinema e Famiglia” and “Cinema e Scuola” (published by Itaca); and he is the author of a monograph dedicated to the director Mario Camerini (published by Bibliotheka).

In 2000, he founded the association “Sentieri del Cinema” together with a group comprising journalists, cinema operators and teachers, with the aim of promoting film culture through events, film festivals, film clubs, school workshops and community engagement. He continues to write for the online publication “sentieridelcinema.it” about films due for release in cinemas and at major European festivals.
